QUICK WHEAT ROLLS 
3 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour (any combination of wheat, white or rye)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. warm buttermilk

Combine yeast and water. Add 1 teaspoon honey. Then combine oil, warm buttermilk, and rest of honey. Add this to yeast mixture. Slowly add flour until right consistency (doughy, not too wet, add more flour if needed). Knead a little at a time and roll out. Cut into desired shape. No need to rise. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
