ROLLED CHICKEN BREASTS 
9 to 10 boned chicken breasts
Garlic salt to taste
9 to 10 sm. onion slices
9 to 10 slices Swiss cheese
9 to 10 slices dried chipped beef or shaved ham

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. paprika

Flatten chicken breasts between waxed paper. Sprinkle with garlic salt. On each breast, place a slice of onion, cheese, and beef or ham. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Combine 4 sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Uncover and cook for 30 minutes more. Yield: 9 to 10 servings.
