ITALIAN CHICKEN 
8 boneless and skinned chicken breasts
1 c. Marinara sauce or oil-free Italian dressing
1 white onion, sliced
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Place chicken in baking dish and cover with onion slices. Top with Italian dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender. (This is a low cholesterol and low sodium recipe.)
