JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
2 c. cornmeal, plain
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
2-3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
