KNISHES 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small grated onion
Salt and pepper (dash)
Dash of garlic salt
3 cans Hungry Jack Flakey Biscuits

Mix first five ingredients. Divide each biscuit into three sections. Put about 1 teaspoon beef mixture in center of each biscuit section and fold to seal. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Makes about 7 1/2 dozen. Serve with spicy mustard sauce.
