BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 sm. bag frozen hash browns
6-8 eggs
Grated cheese
Onion and/or green pepper, optional

In 10 or 12 inch skillet cook bacon crisp. Remove bacon and brown hash browns in bacon grease (also onion and/or green pepper).

Prepare eggs as you would for scrambled eggs. Pour over hash browns. Crumble bacon over this. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook on medium low heat until knife or toothpick comes out clean.
