LUSCIOUS STRAWBERRY FROSTING 
2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cut up strawberries

Whip together 2 cups heavy cream, 1/4 cup confectioners sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt. Fold in one teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup cut up strawberries. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate until serving time.
