HOLIDAY BROCCOLI WITH RICE 
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash nutmeg
Dash cayenne pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento cheese spread

Saute celery and onion in butter. Mix chicken coup, salt, soy sauce, nutmeg, pepper and cheese spread; add to sauteed mixture. Reserve 4 tablespoons sauce. Then add rice to remaining sauce.

Pour mixture into greased baking dish. Arrange broccoli on top and spread reserved sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
