BREAD PUDDING 
8-10 biscuits
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder

SAUCE:

3 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Nutmeg

Crumble biscuits until fine. Pour milk over biscuits. Let set for a few minutes until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients. Put into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Scald milk. Mix cornstarch and sugar together; add to milk. Add melted butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Cook until thick and bubbly. Pour over cooked pudding.
