BREAKFAST CREPES OF APPLES 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. water
3/4 tsp. vanilla or lemon rind

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, milk, water, vanilla or lemon rind. Pour liquid into dry ingredients. Lightly stir. Leave small lumps. Grease griddle until water dances on it. Fry until golden brown. Cook until tender: 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. sugar

Place a spoonful in center of crepe and roll up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with bacon or sausage and eggs.
