PEPPER STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. onion
2 tsp. garlic salt
5 green peppers
1 c. celery
1 1/2 c. beef gravy (1 jar Heinz Brown Gravy)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Rice

Slice meat into thin slices. Brown in oil. Add onion, celery, green peppers and garlic salt. Cook covered 10-15 minutes.

Mix together cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Add brown gravy to meat mixture. Add soy sauce mixture; heat until it boils. Cook 5-10 minutes longer. Serve on rice.
