BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom slices
2 cans Campbell's beef consomme
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Garlic salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 pkg. egg noodles

Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in olive oil until tender. Remove from pan. Saute steak pieces until done. Add onions, peppers, and mushrooms to steak. Add consomme, mix well. Slowly blend in carton of sour cream. This will thicken the stroganoff. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cooked egg noodles.
