ZIPPY DRESSING 
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
2 large ripe tomatoes
4 Greek olives
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 tbsp. Boar's Head deli mustard
2 tsp. Kal granulated Stevia (healthy sugar substitute - no after-taste)
6 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup Greek olive water
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. black pepper

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend well. Taste and adjust seasoning. Too zippy? Try adding yogurt or dairy sour cream to tone it down.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
