PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Dash salt
6 slices white bread, cubed
4 eggs
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened, don't drain

Cream together butter, sugar, salt. Beat in eggs (with mixer). Stir in pineapple by hand. Fold in bread cubes.

Put in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

NOTE: Double all ingredients when using 9x13 glass pan.
