6 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 box brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. butter

Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Peel and slice thinly. Put in a baking dish. Cover with butter slices and 1/2 box brown sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon over brown sugar. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, milk and vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour over potatoes and bake at 425°F until brown.
