POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. Russet potatoes
1 cube butter
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions
1 tsp. salt

Boil potatoes until almost done. Let cool, then grate. In medium saucepan, melt butter; add cheddar cheese, blend with butter until smooth. Add sour cream, onions and salt. Fold into grated potatoes. Turn into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes.
