HAM & CHEESE ROLLUPS 
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
4 1/8 inch sliced boiled ham (or any type of lunch meat)
Ritz crackers

In small bowl, combine cheese, cream cheese and butter until well blended. Spread 1/4 mixture on one slice of ham. Repeat on each slice. Roll up from short side; chill for several hours. Can be wrapped and frozen, if desired. To serve, slice into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange slice on top of Ritz. If frozen, let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
