CURRIED SHRIMP 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
Condiments: Coconut, peanuts, raisins

Melt butter. Add onion, green pepper, garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice and seasonings. Add shrimp. Heat through over low heat. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.

Pass dishes of peanuts, coconut and raisins to top according to individual preferences.
