PECAN ROAST | |
10 or 12 lb. roast Salt Red pepper 3 skewers Cotton string Chopped onions Pecan pieces 1 1/2 c. coke Cut a long deep cut in side of roast. Salt and red pepper inside of roast. Stuff with pecans. Use 3 skewers and cotton string to tie up roast. Salt and pepper outside of roast. Place roast in roasting pan. Pour coke around roast (NOT ON TOP). Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours. |
