ZUCCHINI RELISH 
10 c. zucchini squash
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
4 c. onions
5 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. pepper

Grind zucchini squash, red pepper, green pepper, and onions. Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Cook 30 minutes and seal.
