SLUSH PUNCH 
3 reg. pkgs. Jello - any color
9 c. water
4 c. sugar
4 c. water
46 oz. pineapple juice
3 (6 oz.) lemon juice
1 oz. bottle almond extract
2 bottles ginger ale, chilled

Choose flavor of Jello of your color choice. Dissolve in 9 cups water over heat.

Boil sugar and 4 cups water to make a syrup. Mix with Jello mixture. Cool.

Add pineapple and lemon juice and almond flavoring. Mix well and freeze in quart containers.

Just before serving chop frozen punch and add ginger ale. Mash to make slushy. Serves approximately 50.
