TEX-MEX PASTA SALAD | |
12 oz. uncooked twist macaroni 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise (add as you like it) 1/2 c. Italian dressing 1 (4 oz.) can drained green chiles, chopped 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 lg. tomato, chopped 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. chopped celery Cook macaroni; drain and rinse with cold water until cool. In large salad bowl, blend mayonnaise, Italian dressing, chilies, chili powder and cumin. Toss with macaroni, tomato, green pepper and celery. Cover and chill. Makes about 6 side-dish servings. |
