CRIS TODD'S FAMOUS FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 c. marinade

Using a pre-made marinade like Wishbone dressing or your own oil and vinegar, plus all the goodies, marinate flank steak all day. Before marinating, poke steak with a fork - all over. Score one side of steak. Leave in marinade at least 6 hours. Drain steak and place on broiler pan. Broil, scored side down, for about 3 minutes. Turn steak and add mustard to scored side. Broil 2 minutes. Add cheese and mushrooms for another minute or so. Slice in 1/4 inch widths across the grain. This is killer good!
