SWEETHEART SALAD 
1 lg. strawberry Jello (or pistachio)
2 c. boiling water
12 oz. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can fruit cocktail (with juice)
1 c. pecans

1 large strawberry Jello. Dissolve with 2 cups boiling water. Add cottage cheese, Eagle Brand milk, fruit cocktail with juice and pecans. Chill well before serving.
