1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 can any kind pie filling

Cream eggs, sugar, and butter. Add 1 egg and mix at a time. Add flour and extract. Pour into jelly roll pan. Spread out smoothly. Mark squares but not cutting deep into batter (24 squares). Put 1 spoon of pie filling in center of each mark off square. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.
