RHUBARB PIZZA 
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. shortening
1 egg
1 tbsp. baking powder

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and milk, then dry ingredients. Press into lightly floured pan (pizza pan). Put over crust 3-4 cups finely cut rhubarb. Sprinkle 1 small box raspberry Jello and 1 small box strawberry Jello over rhubarb. Then sprinkle topping over this. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 stick melted butter, cooled
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour

Mix until crumbly.
