1 stick butter plus 1 tbsp.
1 c. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
Dash of salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together all ingredients and press into a muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
