GUERRA'S CHEESE RICE 
1 c. long grain white rice
4 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
Water
2 tbsp. salt
2 oz. tomato sauce
2 lb. 12 oz. cans beef broth
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese

Brown onion in butter. Add rice. Brown the rice. Add water to cover rice; bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer until water is cooked out. Add beef broth. Cook until rice is tender. Stir in salt, tomato sauce and cheese. Cook to desired consistency.
