DOUBLE FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts (optional)
2/3 c. butter
12 oz. Nestle semi sweet morsels
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degree. In small saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2/3 cup butter and 1/4 cup water; bring just to a boil. Remove from heat. Add one 12 ounce package Nestle semi-sweet morsels and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Stir just until chocolate melts. Transfer chocolate mixture to large bowl. Beat in 4 eggs one at a time. In small bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Gradually add flour mixture to chocolate batter. Blend in 1 cup chopped nuts. Spread into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool. Frost with chocolate satin frosting.

CHOCOLATE SATIN FROSTING:

2 c. sifted 10x sugar
1 measuring tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
2 env. Nestle choco bake
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg

In bowl, combine 10x sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and salt; beat until creamy. Beat in egg, blend in choco bake. Mix well and frost. Cut brownies in 1 inch squares.
