BLOODY MARY BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soft butter
1 (6 oz.) can Spicy V-8 minus 2 tbsp.
2 tbsp. vodka
1 egg
3 c. bread flour

Soften and dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of 120-130 degrees water. Stir. In mixer bowl with dough hooks pour in and mix yeast mixture, add warmed butter, V-8, and vodka.

Medium speed - add egg. Make sure its smooth. Add 1 cup flour at a time. Keep mixing until dough forms a ball around hook and bowl is clean. Turn onto floured board. Knead for 2 minutes. Pace in oiled bowl. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down.

Divide into 2 loaves or put in 1 large loaf pan. Let rise in warm place, covered. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Loaves sound hollow when tapped. Cool on racks for 20 minutes. Serve garnish with celery.
