18 swieback, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter, melted

CAKE:

2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. lemon rind
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Mix swieback with sugar and butter. Pack down on bottom of springform pan. Set oven to 250 degrees. Mix cheese and flour in mixer or blender. Beat eggs and salt together. Add the remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over crust and bake for 1 hour. Turn off heat and let cake remain in oven for another hour. Cool and remove sides of pan. Chill.
