BARBECUE JACK POTS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
10 oz. can big size refrigerated biscuits
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese

In frying pan, brown ground beef; drain. Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Set aside. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in each of the 10 greased muffin cups; press dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into jack pots. Sprinkle each with cheese.

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until crust is golden brown. Refrigerate any leftovers.
