LEA'S TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
6 oz. spaghetti, broken up or wide noodles
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. sherry or 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
2 or more c. turkey or chicken

Cook spaghetti or noodles until done. Melt butter and stir in flour. Add chicken broth and light cream and stir until thicken. Sauce is not very thick. Saute' mushrooms and green peppers in butter. Add all ingredients to sauce and put in casserole. Grate cheese on top and bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
