OREO COOKIE CAKE 
1 stick butter
30 Oreo cookies
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. container Cool Whip
3 c. milk

Blend butter and Oreo cookies in food processor, 1/2 at a time. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix together 1 cup confectioners' sugar, all of the cream cheese, and 1/2 of the container Cool Whip. Layer over cookie layer. Mix together puddings and milk. Layer over cream cheese layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
