HONEY JAM 
3 c. honey
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pouch liquid pectin or 1/2 (6 oz.) bottle

Stir together everything but the pectin. Boil. As soon as bubbles are all over, stir in pectin and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and as soon as a film appears, skim and place in jars and seal.
