FRUIT CHEESE SQUARES 
1/2 lb. butter, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar (confectioners')
Blueberry or cherry pie filling
Sm. container Cool Whip

Combine and mix butter, sugar and flour. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes and cool.

Mix cream cheese and confectioners' sugar and spread on cooled crust. Spread pie filling on top of crust. Top with Cool Whip.

Cut into squares and serve. Refrigerate remaining squares.
