POTPOURRI DE POULET 
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
3 c. potato chips, crushed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. pimento
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Toss lightly and put in casserole. Spread cheese then chips over the top. Bake until top browns at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Serves 6.
