DRIED APRICOT PIE | |
1 1/2 c. dried apricots 1 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. tapioca 1 c. sugar 1 baked shell Whipped cream Wash apricots and cook in water 20 minutes, covered. Add tapioca and cook until clear, 3 to 5 minutes. Add sugar and cook until thickens, 15 to 20 minutes. Chill then pour into cooled shell. Top with whipped cream. |
