CRUST:

1 c. plain flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter

Mix together and set aside. Then press about 1 tablespoon into small muffin pan. Add filling.

FILLING:

1 egg, room temperature
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all, except pecans. Put 3/4 teaspoon into crust, top with pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 24.
