SALMON PATTIES 
2 (6 3/4 oz.) chunk salmon
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
6 or more crackers, crumbled
Flour

Save juice from salmon. Break salmon into small chunks. Add onion, egg, crackers, and juice. Mix well. Add flour, a little at a time, until mixture sticks together good. Make into patties and fry.
