BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 box butterscotch pudding

Mix butter and flour, press into pan. Bake 20 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, 10x sugar and Cool Whip. Pour on crust. Top with butterscotch pudding (mix as directed on box).
