WILD RICE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. wild rice, cooked
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. evaporated milk
Oil for frying
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 soup can dry white wine (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage

Combine the ground beef with onions, rice, seasoned and garlic salt. Add bread crumbs and milk, mixing briefly. Shape into about 43 meatballs about 1-inch in diameter. Brown lightly on all sides.

Mix mushroom soup, water and wine, salt and pepper, sage. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer over very low heat about 1 1/2 hours or bake covered at 275 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
