ISLAND VIEW BLUEBERRY DELIGHT 
2 1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. + 2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. melted butter
3/4 c. room temperature butter
8 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. granulated sugar
Dash of salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 qt. whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1ST LAYER: Mix together 2 cups flour, 6 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 cup nuts and 1 cup melted butter. Press into 10 1/2" x 15 1/2" ungreased pan. Bake for 15 minutes and cool.

2ND LAYER: Beat together 2 cups powdered sugar and 3/4 cup room temperature butter. Beat until thick. Smooth onto cooled crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts. Then sprinkle 4 cups fresh blueberries.

3RD LAYER: Boil together remaining 4 cup blueberries, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, salt and lemon juice. Pour over mixture in pan. Let cool and cover with whipped topping.
