PORK CHOPS AND SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
6 pork chops
6 sm. potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops. Drain fat. Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices. Lay slices on top of chops. Add soup and water. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until desired doneness.
