POT OF GREEN 
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
Seasoned flour
3 lbs. oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. bunch parsley, chopped
2-3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
Salt to taste
Pinch of cloves
3 c. liquid (water, wine and chicken broth)
1 can pinto or kidney beans, drained
Cooked rice (optional)

Cube pork, discarding fat. Dredge in flour. Brown pork in hot oil. Add next 8 ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes until tender. Add liquid and simmer, covered, for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Add beans. May be served over rice.
