CHOCOLATE COOKIE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sifted sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 c. butter

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine together flour, sugar and salt; set aside. Beat together 2 eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk, soda, baking powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla; then set aside. Bring to a boil 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 cup water and 1 cup butter. Pour this mixture over the flour mixture. Add the egg mixture next, mixing well. Pour into cookie sheet pan (with sides) and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Grease and flour pan.

Icing: Combine icing ingredients in order given. Frost cake as soon as out of oven.
