BISCUIT PUDDING 
3 c. biscuit crumbs (cold biscuits crumbled up)
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 can peaches or pineapple (any canned fruit may be used)
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until brown. Can be cut in squares when cold.
