CHICKEN DELUX 
4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
1 c. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 (12 oz.) can cut up chicken or turkey
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, just as they come from package

Combine the stuffing mix with the melted butter. Press 1/2 of mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over stuffing mix in pan. Top with remaining stuffing mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. This recipe can be prepared the night before and refrigerated. It can also be frozen; do not defrost and bake for 2 hours.
