COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
Cake:

1 box white cake mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut

Mix the cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream and cream of coconut together with an electric mixer as per cake mix directions.

Bake in greased 9x12-inch pan in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.

Frosting:

1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Angel Flake coconut

Blend powdered sugar into softened cream cheese, then work in the milk and vanilla. Use icing to frost cake. Sprinkle coconut over the iced cake.
