CHIP CHOP HAM BAR-B-Q 
1 chopped onion
1 chopped pepper
2-3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. soft mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
2 lbs. chip chop ham

Saute onion and pepper in butter until soft. Add mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and water. Heat slowly so sugar won't burn. When blended and heated separate chip chop ham and stir into sauce. Do not boil. Keep at low heat to keep warm. This is quick and easy and everyone's favorite to eat.
